Launched in 2008, T3 Aviation Academy is a 360° all-encompassing aviation training and educational organisation that is home to the world’s most recognised aviation training programmes in line with the industry’s highest standards.
With over 800 cadets and more than 500 graduates who went on to fly with MENA's leading low-cost carrier, Air Arabia, T3 specialises in aviation training solutions, offering the latest cadet programme – Active ATPL and MPL, CPL Airline Programme, Airbus A320 Type Rating, PPC Validation, Licence Renewals, Licence Conversion, ELP Assessments, GCAA Examination Centre, Flight Dispatch Training, Ground Handling Training, and IATA and CPD courses. The organisation holds approvals under several aviation authorities, providing pilots in its target regions with world-class training standards.

Meet our CEO
Capt. Nadhem Alhamad
Captain Nadhem AlHamad is the CEO and accountable manager of T3 Aviation Academy, based in Sharjah, U.A.E. He completed his Aeronautical Studies at the British Aerospace Flying College, Prestwick and holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence, a Management Diploma from the American University of Sharjah, and is fully qualified as an examiner and instructor (TRE) on the A320/321 aircraft.
He started his career as an in-flight services cabin crew in 1992 for about 7 months and then quickly moved to start his flying career in Scotland. Further to his flight training, he moved back to Bahrain to work for its national carrier, Gulf Air, before he joined Air Arabia in 2003. As part of Air Arabia’s initial start-up team, he has been highly involved in many notable projects including but not limited to starting-up hubs (Morocco), establishing airlines (Jordan), and more recently, leading the Group’s training arm – T3 Aviation Academy.
